A Bit About Therapy
Therapy offers you a very safe, confidential place to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or difficult. Therapy allows you to talk with someone who is trained to listen attentively and support you to move towards your goals, whatever those might be.
I understand that when suffering from feelings such as; anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, loss or anger it can be difficult to take the first step in seeking help. Finding the right person to help you heal is key. This is why I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation. It gives you the chance to ask questions and check that you will feel comfortable working with me.
